The councillors met with the new clerk at 6pm on 20th March to do a walkabout across Lower Slaughter to check assets and identify any action across the parish that needs to be taken by the parish council

We agreed to report to Gloucestershire County Council Highways:

- A damaged signpost in centre of village
- A damaged handrail on wooden footbridge

We agreed to approach Cotswold District Council to request:

- Larger waste bins at top of Scare Lane and outside the church precinct

The parish council also considered projects to support/fund, which will go to the next parish council meeting to agree, this includes:
- Restore grass verges along the river
- Order a removable sign for allotment gate indicating when the grass pathway is too soft for vehicle access

- Order an additional “No Fishing” sign, to be placed by weir

- Cut back saplings growing out of south bank of the river
- Repair Village Orchard fence
- Blacken and varnish lettering on signs on Mill Dam pathway (HSL3) to make signage more visible
- Obtain new quotes for ways to repair the Stow pathway beyond the cricket pitch
